1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EduVerse online learning platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service. 4. Course Enrollment and Fees

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your enrollment fee.

5. Refund Policy

EduVerse strives to provide high-quality learning experiences. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the enrollment date.
• You must have completed less than 20% of the course content.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

EduVerse reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria. Certain courses may have specific refund policies, which will be disclosed in the course description.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

Course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, sell, or redistribute course materials to any third party.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EDUVERSE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EDUVERSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EDUVERSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF EDUVERSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EDUVERSE'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EDUVERSE FOR THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EduVerse, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Anytown, California, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
